Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over central and southern parts of the State, directing southeasterly winds through the Pilbara and southern Kimberley. A trough will lie over the northern Kimberley, deepening into the northern Interior early next week.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge lies over the Central West coast, where it will remain for the next few days. A cool west to southwesterly flow will persist over the south with a weak cold front brushing the south coast Sunday evening before the ridge migrates over southern WA early next week.

Showers over southern and western parts of the South West Land Division.
Forecast for Sunday 16 June
Showers southwest of a line Dongara to Hopetoun to Esperance, clearing western parts towards evening. Light falls inland.
Forecast for Monday 17 June
Showers about southern coastal parts between Albany and Israelite Bay, clearing towards evening. Late afternoon showers about the Kimberley and northern Interior.
Forecast for Tuesday 18 June
Morning frost through the inland South West Land Division and southern Goldfields. Showers developing between Cape Naturaliste and Bremer Bay. Isolated late showers through the northern Interior.
Forecast for Wednesday 19 June
Morning frost through the inland South West Land Division, southern Goldfields, southern Interior and inland Eucla. Showers about southern coastal districts. Isolated showers about the Kimberley and northern Interior.
