Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A strong high pressure system over southeastern Australia will direct dry east to southeasterly winds over northern parts for the next few days. A trough will start to develop over the inland Kimberley and Pilbara during Thursday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front will reach the southwest corner of the State early on Monday morning. A ridge of high pressure will then develop south of the State on Monday afternoon and evening before moving into the Bight on Tuesday. A trough will deepen near the west coast on Wednesday before moving inland during the afternoon. A stronger cold front will move through southwestern parts of the State during Thursday, with a pool of cold air moving in behind it.

Mostly clear across the State.

Forecast for Monday 13 May
Showers near the western south coast, mostly in the morning.

Forecast for Tuesday 14 May
Mostly sunny conditions across the State.

Forecast for Wednesday 15 May
Showers developing about the South West district late evening.

Forecast for Thursday 16 May
Showers extending through the South West Land Division during the day, reaching all but far northern parts. Showers developing over the southwest Goldfields during the afternoon and evening.
