Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A surface trough extends from the inland Pilbara through the north Interior. The western portion of the trough will move south into the Gascoyne from Monday.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system will develop south of the State during Monday, and a new trough will develop down the west coast. The trough will move inland during Tuesday and Wednesday.

Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara and far northwest Interior.
Forecast for Monday 18 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, and western Interior. Very hot over northern parts of the State.
Forecast for Tuesday 19 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, far northeast Gascoyne, Interior, Goldfields, central and eastern parts of the South West Land Division and the western Eucla. Very hot over northern parts of the State, and northern Goldfields.
Forecast for Wednesday 20 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, far northeast Gascoyne, Interior, Goldfields, Eucla and central and eastern parts of the South West Land Division. Very hot over northern parts of the State, and northern Goldfields.
Forecast for Thursday 21 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, Interior, eastern parts of the Goldfields, and Eucla. Very hot over northern parts of the State, and northern Goldfields.
