Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends through central and northern parts of the State. A low deepens over the western parts of the Gascoyne and slowly moves southwards during the start of the week, before contracting eastwards on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough lies near the west coast, deepening before moving inland later Monday. The trough will continue move eastwards on Tuesday before a cold front moves through southwestern parts Wednesday and Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 3 December
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Goldfields, South West Land Division away from the west coast. Storms possibly severe with damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain which may lead to flash flooding over the Goldfields and Central Wheat Belt.

Forecast for Tuesday 4 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Goldfields, eastern South West Land Division and Eucla. Light morning showers over the coastal parts between Geraldton and Albany. Gusty storms with possible hail over eastern South West Land Division, Goldfields, Interior and Eucla.

Forecast for Wednesday 5 December
Chance of showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, eastern Goldfields, eastern Pilbara, eastern South East Coastal and the Eucla. Showers southwest of a line Mandurah to Lake Grace to Israelite bay.

Forecast for Thursday 6 December
Chance of showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, far northeast Goldfields, eastern Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne and the Eucla. Showers southwest of a line Shark Bay to Southern Cross to Eyre.

Forecast for Friday 7 December
Chance of showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, eastern Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne, northeast Goldfields and eastern Eucla.
