Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends through central and northern parts of the State. A low deepens over the western parts of the Gascoyne and slowly moves southwards during the start of the week.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over southern parts of the State. A new trough develops near the west coast on Sunday. The trough deepens on Monday before moving inland on Tuesday. A week cold front approaches the southwest on Wednesday.

Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior.
Forecast for Sunday 2 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior, extending into the northern Goldfields and southeast Gascoyne during the day.
Forecast for Monday 3 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Goldfields, inland parts of the South West Land Division and adjacent parts of the Gascoyne.
Forecast for Tuesday 4 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, southern Goldfields, eastern South West Land Division and Eucla. Light showers developing over the coastal parts between Cape Naturaliste and Albany.
Forecast for Wednesday 5 December
Chance of showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior and the Eucla. Showers southwest of a line Perth to Lake Grace to Israelite bay.
