Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends through central parts of the State, resulting in a generally northwesterly flow over northern parts. Little change is expected to this pattern over the coming days.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A broad trough lies over central and southern inland parts of the State, with a ridge of high pressure near the south coast. A weak front will brush the south coast during Thursday. The trough will then deepen over southeastern parts of the State during Friday, before moving east. Another weak cold front will brush the south coast during Saturday, before a new ridge develops south of the State on Sunday.

Showers and thunderstorms possible over the north Kimberley.
Forecast for Thursday 29 November
Showers near the south coast west of Hopetoun, extending east to Esperance in the evening.
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior.
Forecast for Friday 30 November
Showers possible about the western south coast.
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior and the far northeast Gascoyne.
Morning showers and thunderstorms over the Eucla and adjacent Southeast Coastal district.
Forecast for Saturday 1 December
Showers over southern parts of the South West Land Division. Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior.
Forecast for Sunday 2 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior, extending into the northern Goldfields and southeast Gascoyne during the day.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Thursday.
