Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough of low pressure extends from the eastern Pilbara through the North Interior. The trough will deepen into the South Interior on Sunday then move east on Monday. A new high pressure ridge will develop over the south of the State on Tuesday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A low pressure system over the southeast Goldfields will move into the Bight on Saturday morning. A cold front will reach the southwest corner of the State early Sunday then move eastwards and weaken during the day. A weak ridge of high pressure develops in the wake of the front, then moves south of the State early next week.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 23 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and east Kimberley. Showers and thunderstorms possible over the South West Land Division away from the west coast, as well as the adjacent Gascoyne, Goldfields and Eucla. Thunderstorms clearing during the evening, with showers contracting towards the south coast.
Areas of raised dust possible over eastern parts of the South Interior early this evening.

Forecast for Saturday 24 November
Showers near the south coast, mostly during the morning.
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and east Kimberley and adjacent NE Interior.

Forecast for Sunday 25 November
Showers extending through areas southwest of a line from Jurien Bay to Hopetoun during the day.
Afternoon showers and thunderstorms about the South East Coastal district, eastern Goldfields and west Eucla.
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley.

Forecast for Monday 26 November
Showers about southern coastal parts of the South West Land Division and Eucla, with early thunderstorms over the Eucla.
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and east Kimberley.

Forecast for Tuesday 27 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and east Kimberley.
