Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A low pressure trough will remain over inland parts of the Pilbara and Kimberley, with a surface through extending southwards into the inland Gascoyne Friday afternoon. The Trough will contract eastwards into the Interior during Saturday and further eastwards on Sunday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies near the south coast of WA with a broad surface trough over the Goldfields and Eucla. A series of weak cold fronts will brush the western south coast this evening and Friday. A surface trough will deepen through the South West Land Division and combine with a mid-level disturbance late Friday and contract eastwards on Saturday. A weak cold front will reach the southwest of the state Sunday afternoon or evening, moving through southern and west parts of the South West Land Division on Monday. A ridge of high pressure will develop in the wake of the cold front on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 1 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the eastern half of the State. Light showers possible over south coastal parts west of Albany.

Forecast for Friday 2 November
Showers about southern coastal parts west of Bremer Bay. Showers and thunderstorms about the Kimberley, east Pilbara, east Gascoyne, Interior and northern Goldfields extending south into northern parts of the South West Land Division in the evening.

Forecast for Saturday 3 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the South West Land Division, contracting southwards during the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms throughout the remainder of the state apart from the west Pilbara and west Gascoyne.

Forecast for Sunday 4 November
A period of showers through southern and western parts of the South West Land Division, with early morning thunderstorms about the South West, South Coastal districts and adjacent parts. Showers and thunderstorms over the eastern half of the State.

Forecast for Monday 5 November
A period of showers through the South West Land Division, contracting to southern and southwestern coastal parts in the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms over the eastern half of the State.
