Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough of low pressure will remain over inland parts of the Pilbara and Kimberley for the next couple of days.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies to the south of WA with a broad surface trough over the Goldfields and Eucla. A series of weak cold fronts will brush the western south coast on Thursday and Friday. A surface trough will deepen through the South West Land Division and combine with a mid-level disturbance Friday night to produce and area of rain and storms that will contract quickly eastwards during Saturday. another weak cold front will reach the southwest of the State late on Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 31 October
Showers and gusty thunderstorms in the Kimberley, Interior, Goldfields and Eucla.
Showers along the south coast east of Albany.

Forecast for Thursday 1 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the eastern half of the State. Showers possible over southern parts of the south West Land Division, with rain through the South East Coastal district in the morning.

Forecast for Friday 2 November
Morning showers south of a line from Dunsborough to Bremer Bay. Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, eastern Gascoyne, northern Goldfields and southeast Pilbara. Chance of a shower or thunderstorm developing during the evening over the South West Land Division north of a line from Mandurah to Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Saturday 3 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the South West Land Division south of Jurien Bat, contracting to eastern parts by the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms also across the Goldfields, Eucla, Interior and Kimberley.

Forecast for Sunday 4 November
Showers and thunderstorms over eastern parts of the State.
Showers developing across areas southwest of a line from Lancelin to Esperance during the afternoon and evening.
