Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough of low pressure will remain over inland parts of the Pilbara and Kimberley for the next couple of days. This trough will deepen over the western Pilbara from Wednesday onwards.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies to the south of WA with a broad surface trough over inland parts. A trough will deepen over central parts on Wednesday and Thursday. A series of weak cold fronts will brush the western south coast on Thursday and Friday. A surface trough will deepen through the South West Land Division and combine with a mid-level disturbance during Saturday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 30 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the central and eastern Kimberley, north and east Interior, eastern Gascoyne and the Goldfields, extending into the western Eucla in the evening.
Light showers over the South East Coastal district and adjacent parts of neighbouring districts, tending to areas of rain about the Southeast Coastal district this evening.

Forecast for Wednesday 31 October
Showers and thunderstorms in the Goldfields, Eucla, Kimberley and Interior and eastern parts of the Southwest Land Division.
Morning showers possible along the remainder of the south coast east of Albany.

Forecast for Thursday 1 November
Showers and thunderstorms over eastern parts of the State.
Showers possible southwest of a line from Dunsborough to Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Friday 2 November
Morning showers possible southwest of a line from Dunsborough to Bremer Bay. Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior. Chance of a shower or thunderstorm developing during the evening over western parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Saturday 3 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the South West Land Division, SE Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla, Interior, eastern Pilbara, and Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Wednesday.
