Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies generally over the west Kimberley and near the Pilbara coasts.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A broad surface trough lies developing inland from the west coast, and will deepen further on Saturday and move east during Sunday and Monday. A weak cold front approaches the SW corner of the State during Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 21 September
Showers and possible thunderstorms in the Kimberley and northeast Interior.

Forecast for Saturday 22 September
Showers about southern coastal parts of the South West Land Division. The chance of thunderstorm over the Goldfields and eastern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Sunday 23 September
Light showers over the South Coastal district. Possible thunderstorms over the South East Coastal district and the Goldfields.

Forecast for Monday 24 September
Light showers about the western south coast and the South Coastal district. Possible thunderstorms over eastern parts of the South East Coastal district.

Forecast for Tuesday 25 September
Early showers about the SW Capes and western south coast. Showers contracting to the south coast east of Walpole in the afternoon and evening.
