Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough and associated cloud band over the Kimberley will weaken during Saturday as a new ridge of high develops through central and southern parts of the State through to Sunday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A cold pool of air will move along the south coast as a new ridge develops over central parts during Saturday and drifts further south on Sunday and Monday. A high pressure cell will move into the Bight on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 30 May
Early showers clearing from the southeast Gascoyne, the southern Goldfields and the Eucla. Early showers over the South West Land Division contracting to near coastal parts around sunrise. Showers or patchy light rain possible over the Interior, east Pilbara and and west Kimberley easing during the day.

Forecast for Sunday 31 May
Showers southwest of a line from Geraldton to Katanning to Israelite Bay and near the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Monday 1 June
Morning showers possible near the south coast.

Forecast for Tuesday 2 June
Early showers possible near the south coast. Possible patchy light rain over the far western Pilbara and adjacent far west Gascoyne.
