Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A surface trough lies inland from the west Kimberley and Pilbara coasts, moving offshore for a period on Thursday and Friday morning.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high lies over the Bight and a trough is deepening offshore from the west coast. The trough will move inland from the west coast during Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 11 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Pilbara, Gascoyne, Goldfields and northern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Thursday 12 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northern Interior, Pilbara, Gascoyne, and northern parts of the Central West district. Possible light shower about the Eucla coast during the morning.

Forecast for Friday 13 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Pilbara, and northern parts of the Gascoyne.

Forecast for Saturday 14 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, northern Gascoyne and northern Interior.

Forecast for Sunday 15 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, inland Gascoyne, northern Central Wheat Belt, and Goldfields.
