Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A surface trough extends from the Pilbara coast to the North Interior and will remain near stationary over the week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies to the south of the State. A trough is deepening near the west coast and will remain near the west coast throughout the week.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 18 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, Interior, Gascoyne and northwestern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Wednesday 19 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, inland Gascoyne, South West Land Division and the adjacent western Goldfields.

Forecast for Thursday 20 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, northern half of the South West Land Division and far northern Goldfields.

Forecast for Friday 21 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne and northwestern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Saturday 22 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, western Interior, Gascoyne, the South West Land Division and western Goldfields.
