Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough over the Kimberley and Pilbara will remain inland for the next few days.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge is strengthening near the south coast, with a trough developing over the Gascoyne and Geraldton coast. The trough will begin to deepen down the west coast from Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 12 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Gascoyne and the northern Central West. Slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm about the northeastern Pilbara.

Forecast for Wednesday 13 November
Showers and thunderstorms possible over the north and west Kimberley in the afternoon and evening. Showers and thunderstorms also possible over the eastern Gascoyne, far northern Goldfields and central Interior.

Forecast for Thursday 14 November
Showers and thunderstorms possible over the central and northern Kimberley in the afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Friday 15 November
Showers and thunderstorms possible over the northern and western parts of the Kimberley and eastern inland parts of the Pilbara during the afternoon and evening. Light showers possible along the south coast mainly in the morning.

Forecast for Saturday 16 November
Light morning drizzle possible about the Israelite Bay coast. Showers and thunderstorms about coastal and adjacent inland parts of the Kimberley, inland from the coast through the Pilbara and also over the northeastern Gascoyne during the afternoon and evening.
