Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough extends from the southern Kimberley through to the inland Pilbara. The trough will push back towards the Kimberley and Pilbara coasts early next week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge lies south of the State with a high pressure system lying in the Bight. A deep trough near the west coast will move eastwards on Sunday, reaching the Eucla on Monday. Another ridge of high pressure will build over the southwest of the state in wake of the trough early next week.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 19 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the Interior, southeast Kimberley, southeast Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne, northern Goldfields, eastern Central West and the northwest Central Wheat Belt .

Forecast for Sunday 20 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the northwest Kimberley, Interior, inland Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne, Goldfields, eastern parts of the South West Land Division and western Eucla, mainly in the afternoon and evening. Morning showers and thunderstorms possible over southern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 21 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the western Kimberley, inland Pilbara, Interior, northern and eastern Goldfields and Eucla, mainly in the afternoon and early evening. Showers also developing over areas southwest of a line from Cape Naturaliste to Albany in the evening.

Forecast for Tuesday 22 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the northwest Kimberley, inland Pilbara, Interior and northern Eucla, mainly in the afternoon and early evening. Showers over areas southwest of a line from Bunbury to Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Wednesday 23 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley, South Interior and northern Eucla, mainly in the afternoon and early evening. Showers over areas southwest of a line from Perth to Bremer Bay.
