Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak trough lies through the central Kimberley until late Tuesday. A ridge of high pressure will build over central parts of the state on Wednesday and Thursday, directing southeasterly winds through the Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A vigorous westerly flow over the South West Land Division with a strong cold front moving through eastern parts of the South West Land Division. A cold, squally southwesterly flow will continue in the wake of the front over southern parts during Tuesday as a low pressure system move south of the state. A new ridge of high pressure will build over the central parts of the State on Wednesday and Thursday, with another cold front brushing the far south of the State on Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 10 June
Showers over the South West Land Division, Gascoyne, far west Pilbara, Goldfields and western Eucla. Thunderstorms and small hail possible southwest of a line Lancelin to Albany. Damaging winds possible southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Southern Cross to Esperance.

Forecast for Tuesday 11 June
Showers over the Gascoyne, west Pilbara, South Interior, Goldfields, Eucla and the South West Land Division, easing later in the day. Thunderstorms and small hail and over western and southern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Wednesday 12 June
Showers southwest of a line Shark Bay to Esperance, mainly near the coast. Morning showers also through the eastern Interior.

Forecast for Thursday 13 June
Showers over coastal parts of the South West Land Division, and developing over the Wheat Belt, Great Southern and western Goldfields districts for a period during the day.

Forecast for Friday 14 June
Showers over coastal parts of the South West Land Division, and developing over the Wheat Belt, Great Southern and western Goldfields districts for a period during the day.
