Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak trough lies near the Pilbara and Kimberley coasts. A strong high pressure system is moving into the Bight which will push the trough offshore during the next few mornings.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies south of the State. A high pressure system develops in the Bight over the next few days and moves slowly east, with a weak front brushing the SW Capes during Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 24 April
Light showers about the coastal parts of the Eucla. Light showers possible between Albany and Ravensthorpe and adjacent inland areas this morning.

Forecast for Thursday 25 April
Light showers possible near the Eucla coast, mostly morning.

Forecast for Friday 26 April
Showers about coastal parts east of Esperance.

Forecast for Saturday 27 April
Clear conditions over the State.

Forecast for Sunday 28 April
Afternoon showers and thunderstorms possible over the northern Kimberley.
