Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad low pressure trough extends across the southern Kimberley and along the Pilbara coast. The trough will deepen over the eastern Pilbara on Sunday and Monday, moving offshore in the western Pilbara at times in the morning.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough of low pressure over eastern parts of the South West Land Division will contract further eastwards on Sunday as a weak cold front brushes the southwest corner of the state. A second weaker front will brush the south coast on Monday, with a weak ridge of high pressure developing in its wake. A trough will begin to form down the west coast on Wednesday and deepen further on Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 17 November
Showers and thunderstorms through the Kimberley, Interior, eastern Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne, eastern and southern parts of the South West Land Division, Goldfields and Eucla. Gusty winds possible with thunderstorms.

Forecast for Sunday 18 November
Showers and thunderstorms through the Kimberley, Interior, eastern Pilbara, eastern Goldfields and Eucla. Showers over the southwest corner of the State extending to areas southwest of a line from Geraldton to Israelite Bay during the day.

Forecast for Monday 19 November
A cooler day across the southern half of the State. Showers over southern parts of the South West Land Division, the southern Goldfields and Eucla. Showers and thunderstorms across the Kimberley, far eastern Pilbara and eastern Interior.

Forecast for Tuesday 20 November
Showers over far southern parts of the State. Showers and thunderstorms across the Kimberley and eastern Interior.

Forecast for Wednesday 21 November
Showers over far southern parts of the State. Showers and thunderstorms across the Kimberley and far northeast Interior.
